 Experts Answer Oral History Questions100 Questions/ 2We asked several researchers and practitioners in the field of oral history to share their views on key questions in this field. The name of each participant appears at the beginning of their response. All responses will be published on this portal by the end of the week. The goal of this project is to open new perspectives on a shared issue and to promote academic dialogue in the field of oral history.

Then he moved toward Mostafa, who was studying the Kurdistan map. Mostafa straightened his back and said, “During my service in the army I experienced a full-scale war in Kurdistan. Guerrilla warfare in Kurdistan follows its own rules. The anti-revolutionary commanders want to draw us into a battle chosen on their terms.”

 The 371st Night of Memory – 3Note: The 371st Night of Memory was held on August 28, 2025, at the Sooreh Hall of the Arts Centers. In this program, Ahmad Saqafi, Mohammadreza Golshani, and Vahid Faraji shared their memories. Davood Salehi hosted the session. The second part of the 371st Night of Memory began with the host explaining the unique structure of this session.

Oral History Weekly Magazine Aims and Regulations
Oral History Weekly Magazine wishes to create a suitable place for thoughts and idea development; Its main field would be “Oral History” and subjects as telling & writing memoirs, writing diaries, travelogues, chronologies, and all other subfields of history which are presented in the form of news, articles, reports, notes, interviews and memoirs can be included. There is no limitation on the length of would-be-sent materials.
Mentioning the name, academic background and email is necessary. Articles with complete references and bibliography are more credited and an abstract would quite helpful.
Weekly is not about to publish any material consisting insults and libels about other people or anything that brings anxiety to public opinion. Weekly can edit and translate the received materials.
