Acceptance of UN Resolution and End of War

In Tir of 1367 (July 1988), I had been sitting with the guys of the operational plan including Ahmad Rabiee, Shahriar Chahar Setad, Faramarz Ebrahimi, and Mahmoud Rahmanian in Abadan frontline. After the class, we suddenly saw that the 14 oclock news announced that the Imam accepted the resolution. Accepting the resolution was very painful for us. Everyone had been sitting in front of the TV and crying as if a Zaker or eulogist was reciting the zekr of calamity.

334TH Night of Memory -3

The 334th show of the Night of Memory was held in Sooreh Hall of the Art Center on Thursday 1st of Ordibehesht 1401 (April 21, 2022) titled “Men of Enthusiasm Tribe”. It was attended by a number of freed POWs and the families of the martyrs and hosted by Hossein Behzadifar. In the ceremony released also online, misters Reza Abbasi, Amir Mahmoud Najafipour, and Colonel Ahmad Heidari, freed POWs from Tikrit Concentration Camp recounted their memoirs.

Yazd, 1978

On the day of Tasua (the 9th day of Muharram month), we set off for Yazd. We were informed that everyone from the surrounding cities is going to come to Yazd. Together with the people of Zarch, we started mourning in black clothes and on foot. The chants of "O people of shrine and standard-bearer did not come, standard-bearer did not come, the scholar did not come" were mixed with slogans against the king and could be heard from the protesting peoples throats.

Genealogy, as its name revealed, is a methodical and searching effort to obtain and present a clear picture of the background of individuals or a generation in a specific period or different periods of history. Today, the importance of this kind of research has increased because of the transformation of societies, especially after the industrial revolution and the displacement of human groups and the change in the status and position of families.
