The 295th program of Night of Memory of the Scared Defense was held in Sooreh Hall of the Art Center on Thursday 27th of September 2018. In this program, Hossein Rezaee, Seyed Ahmad Mousavi, Ghadir Ali Sarami, Ali Shah Nazari and Mahmoud Najimi recounted their memoirs of the Operation Karbala 3.

The Unfinished Flight

Every year, on September 29, they are commemorated, because these commanders were great people. Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei says in his memories: "martyr Kolahdooz was one of the extraordinary and rare figures. I used to say many times to my brothers in IRGC, and now I say again, he was a man if survived, it would be hoped that IRGC could double speed of its hardworking and hoping effort.

Oral history of the sacred defense should not be encountered with personal censorship

Golali Babaei is one of the writers of sacred defense, and active in recording the events of this era on the basis of oral history. "The Clamor of Mist", "Mutual Attack", "Along with the Lightning", "The Dusty Calks - Book One," and "The Point of Release" are the works of this writer who have compiled and published on the basis of oral documents and oral history. The correspondent for Iranian oral history site has done an interview with Golali Babaei about the works published in the form of oral history.

A Project which was conducted

Revival of History of Fars Handmade Carpet by Oral History

Aiming at preventing oblivion of this Iranian art, Shiraz University of Arts implemented the research project of "Oral History of Fars Rural and Nomadic Handmade Carpet" ordered by Iran National Carpet Center. According to Seyedeh Akram Oliaei, executor of this project, many of untold and historical ambiguities and narrated about Fars handmade carpet were taken into account and cleared during gathering oral history of practitioners of the field.

Why Cannot Each Interview Be Considered As An Oral History Interview?

According to Iranian Oral History Website, introduction and critique session of book of "Dar Partgah-e Hadesse (In Cliff of Incident)", attended by Dr. Ali Akbar Etemad, the book narrator, Mohammad Hossein Yazdanirad, the books interviewer and editor, and Shafigheh Nikanfas and Gholamreza Azizi as critics of the book which was held in Khane Ketab Institutions Saraye Ahle Ghalam on September 26, 2018.
