In fact, interview is an opportunity to collect data and learn about the past and address the need of today and tomorrow and the interviewer is the mediator connecting the narrator to the audience. Interview is conducted based on communication techniques; however, communication is not the ultimate goal but accessing the data and information of the narrator. In such a process, the more precise and targeted the query, the more comprehensive the answers would be.

According to the website of Iranian Oral History, the workshop “The Reviewing of Oral History Methodology” was held in Dr. Parham Hall of the National Library of Archives of Islamic Republic of Iran on Tuesday 4th of July 2017. It was organized by the Secretariat of the Seventeenth Round of Selecting the Best Sacred Defense Book with the cooperation of the Archives Research Center of the National Library and Archives of Islamic Republic of Iran.

As reported by the Iran Oral History Website, the unveiling ceremony of “Red Garment” containing the memoirs and daily notes of martyr Ahmad Ommi covering a period of three years starting from 1978 to one day before his martyrdom which is written in English was held on 3 July 2017. A group of the Islamic Revolution and Holy Defense Oral History authors and critics and the family of the martyr participated in the ceremony held in the Oral History Archive Office of the Islamic Republic of Iran National Library by the Art Department of Semnan Province.

According to Oral History Website of Iran, the second book review of book 27 was held by addressing "Khakriz-e Pishani" by Alireza Ashtari and expert review of Mohammad Ghassemipour, author and researcher, in Book Exchange Center on Monday, July 03, 2017 at 5: 00 p.m. This book narrates defense of Hamzeh Battalion of 27th Mohammad Rasulullah (PBUH) Division in forehead of Al-Faw- Umm Qasr Road in March 1986. At the beginning of the meeting, Ghassemipour asked Ashtari to give an explanation of his work. Ashtari said, "This book is a memory; a memory which was written with realistic narrative obsession.

The fragrance of life

It had passed a month of my liberty. I still was my family’s favorite. They didn’t allow me not lift a hand, but I became bored of sitting in home and didn’t do anything. I went out of the room. I looked at our faded entrance door.
